Controlled burning is an important part of land management in Central Australia. Wild fires may cover vast distances, potentially threatening areas of critically endangered Flora and Fauna as well as property and infrastructure.

Controlled burns allow for small parcels of land to be burnt slowly, reducing the risk of fires destroying entire ecosystems. Fires also stimulate the growth of many native plants which allows for regeneration of the landscape.

 

Our fleet and experienced pilots makes fire suppression and aerial incendiary work simple.

All of our pilots carry dangerous goods certificates and have hours of experience operating at low level.
